What is the typical production time for custom orders?
Most custom products take 5-10 business days to manufacture. High-volume orders or complex items like acrylic charms may require additional time during peak seasons.

What file formats do you accept for custom designs?
We recommend submitting high-resolution files in PSD, AI, PDF, or PNG formats with a minimum of 300 DPI for the best print quality.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Since we specialize in custom-made items, orders can only be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once production begins, we cannot offer changes.
What should I do if my items arrive damaged or defective?
Please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your package with clear photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund.
