Returns & Exchanges

At VOGRACE, we strive for perfection in every custom creation, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns on eligible items. Please note that personalized products can only be returned in the event of manufacturing defects or shipping damage.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the items you wish to return.

  Approval & Authorization

  Our quality control team will review your request and, upon approval, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct return address.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Pack the items securely in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once we receive and inspect your returned package, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
